ShibiChan Lightroom Presets
These have been tested for both LR Classic and LR Mobile, but should be fine for LR on PC or Mac as well.

I honestly don’t really like the idea of buying or selling presets, and I highly recommend everyone to practice practice practice themselves with all of Lightroom’s features. Don’t become reliant on someone else’s presets without understanding how or why something works.
With that being said, it can also be helpful to reverse engineer presets to help learn and understand why things do what they do.
I wouldn’t consider myself a preset making professional. I usually edit photos individually and focus more so on masking to make my photos look the way they do. Meaning, these are not fully plug and play presets. They may require some tweaking to achieve your desired look.
Photos aren’t just editing, but also how they are shot. If you’re looking to perfectly mimic my photos, study how I tend to shoot. These may end up not being the presets for you depending on your shooting style. I personally prefer more moody, overcast scenes.
Tips:
Play a lot with the blue saturation slider. Blue can be a sneaky little bugger, and often hides without being easily noticeable.
Most of these presets don’t have sharpening pre-applied. Don’t forget to adjust for yourself.
Play around with tint and temperature. Slight tweaks can make huge differences.
